This website allows you to manage bookings and provide information about tourist accommodations.

3. Terms of use

Using the website implies:

• Acceptance of the conditions

• Proper and legal use of the content

All content is protected and may not be reproduced without authorization.

5. Responsibility

The owner is not responsible for:

• misuse of content

• Damages arising from the use of the website

6. Booking process

• Reservations can be made via the web or external platforms.

• Orders are not considered confirmed until payment is received.

• They are subject to acceptance of the house rules

7. Price and payment

• Price according to website or agreement

• 30% off when booking

• Balance due in cash upon arrival

• Tourist taxes not included (unless otherwise indicated)

8. Bail

• Cash deposit upon arrival

• €300 (for the SalouTrip – Albert, SalouTrip – Navili and SalouTrip – Center apartments)

• €200 (for the SalouTrip – Formentor and SalouTrip – Alexis apartments)

• Refund after accommodation review

9. Check-in / Check- out

• Check-in: 13:00 – 20:00 (please contact us the day before arrival to schedule your check-in time and key collection)

• Check- out : 09:00 – 10:00

10. Traveler Registration

It is mandatory to provide data and sign the entry form according to current regulations.

11. Tourist Tax

• Applicable according to Catalan regulations

• Payment upon arrival

• Not included in the price

12. Guest Responsibility

• Responsible for the group's behavior

• Respect community rules

• Possible retention of bail or expulsion for non-compliance

The guest will be responsible for all damages caused.

13. Applicable legislation

It is governed by Spanish law. Jurisdiction: courts of the holder's domicile.
